For traditional north indian recipes,to add more and original flavor try replacing oil with ghee (A clarified semifluid butter used especially in Indian cooking.) the dish tastes more yummy, rest everythig else is perfect and upto the mark with this recipe,GOOD WORK
Ghee mmmmmm..
It definitely will taste good with ghee.... I use it once in a while ... Two reasons why people dont use it often
1) Its expensive
2) High cholestrol and fat content.
